  • Nothing is written down anywhere. We can organise messy data, but we can't create data that was never recorded.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

Does my data stay safe?
Your data never leaves your Google Sheet. The dashboard reads from it. We don't take a copy and we don't hold your accounts. Access is a single view-only permission on one sheet, which you can revoke at any time without our involvement. Your dashboard sits on a private link.
Do I have to change my existing system?
No. That's the whole point. If you use Tally, an ERP, or a spreadsheet your accountant built in 2019, we work with it. Your team keeps filling in what they already fill in. We just give those numbers somewhere sensible to arrive.
How long does setup take?
Five to seven working days from the point we have your sheet. Day one is a mapping call, then we build, then you get a week of watching it against your own numbers before we call it live.
What happens if my sheet changes?
Adding a column, renaming a party, adding a new site or a new rep is all normal, and all handled under your monthly retainer. If you restructure the sheet entirely, tell us first and we'll adjust the mapping before anything breaks.
Do you need access to my bank or accounting logins?
No. We never ask for banking, Tally, or accounting credentials. View access to one Google Sheet is the only thing we need, and we'll say so on the first call.
What if something breaks?
We monitor the refresh job, so in most cases we know before you do. Your monthly retainer covers the response, which is most of what it is for. If a sync fails, we fix it; you don't file a ticket and wait.
